Traceable origin on every bag

OISHII Shrimp are fully traceable back to the egg from which they are sourced. Likewise, every production facility is given a unique three digit traceability number to include on master case labels and packaging, along with date code information, in order to identify where products were produced on a given day.

This allows Mazzetta Company to pinpoint when and where any issues may have occurred and review production reports and laboratory analysis to detect and correct problems.
