Garlic Butter Shrimp
This is a classic dish for serving at any festive brunch. Top with fresh greens, warm bread and sparkling wine.
Oishii shrimp |
1.5 lbs. |
Thaw shrimp ahead of time. |
Olive oil |
1 tbsp |
Place the thawed shrimp in a bowl and coat the shrimp in olive oil. |
Cajun seasoning |
1 tsp |

Onion powder |

Italian seasoning |

Then mix the seasonings together and add them to the shrimp. |
Garlic |
5 cloves |

Butter |
4 tbsp |
Heat the butter in a frying pan over high heat. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-HIGH and add in the seasoned shrimp. |
Lemon |

Salt & Pepper |
To taste |

Final Cook |

Cook for about 2 minutes on the first side and about 1 minute on the second side. Add salt and pepper in final stages to taste. Serve immediately. |
